3 ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
1 egg 1c. dates (pits removed) 1c. natural peanut butter optional – 1/2c. dark chocolate chips pre-heat oven to 350 F Place egg and dates in a food processor until smooth, add in peanut butter and blend. Stir in chocolate chips and drop by spoonful on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
