GUIDELINES TO A HEALTHY WEIGHT

  • PLAN your meals
  • Keep your foods SIMPLE
  • COME BACK TO EARTH!  Stick with REAL whole foods! Stay away from processed foods.
  • Include a LEAN protein source with each meal.
  • Eat HEALTHY fats
  • Eat vegetables with every meal. Get a variety of COLOR!
  • Stay HYDRATED (.6 x body weight = ounces of water per day)
  • Eliminate added sugar & all artificial sweeteners
  • Limit alcohol
  • Last, but not least – get some REST. The body recovers and repairs when it is sleeping.
