My Bootcamp experience and results have exceeded my expectations….and my expectations were high. Having been very active as a runner and involved in weight training, most of my life–I was familiar with physically challenging things.
However, I did think that me participating in a scripted, supervised program like this would have several benefits.
I thought that variety of training, realitively high intensity levels and other factors would help make this program effective and so I was optimistic about how it might go after my wife Kim got me to give it a try.
I’d not done any group-type training before and was a little slow on deciding I’d do it.
I’m very glad I did. Ty and Missy are warm, real, true in the way they represent themselves as genuine advocates for your health and they know what they are doing. I couldn’t be more pleased with them or with the progress my fitness and health have made while I’ve been training with them.
In short, I am “much” leaner, I feel and look better and I am more fully well/healthy. This routine works very well and I can see what it does for people of various ages, sizes and etc.
So, if you try this…and do ‘try’ when you are here working out, it will work for you and change you for the better. With that kind of change, you will feel accomplished and be a happier version of you. That’s the case with me and I highly recommend that folks come and give this a try. I’m glad my wife tried this…glad she got me to do so…and am happy now to know Ty and Missy and my bootcamp friends.
